We only stayed one evening, arriving after midnight and leaving soon after breakfast in the morning. The hotel and grounds were beautiful with great attention to detail. We would highly recommend this hotel to future travelers.

It was difficult to get to this place as it is a ways out of the way, but beautiful property with amazing staff. Breakfast has a variety of selection.

Lovely rooms and very nice staff. There is an Asia fusion to this place. From Tuscan gardens to what appears to be Chinese gardens throughout the place. Pizzeria was great with staff being very friendly. Shout out to Marco at the front desk and Dani at the bistro for there extra kindness and help!

The room was clean and spacious. I reserved a room with its own private restroom which was nice and spacious also. The place itself was beautiful. It was like a park with a nice pool area. It has its own restaurant area with an excellent chef. In the morning a free breakfast buffet was provided with a ton of eating options. The staff were super nice and helpful. The area is a bit secluded which makes it nice if you want to get away from crowds and want to relax. I would definitely recommend staying here. If I ever go back to Sesto Fiorentino I would make my reservations here again. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and making me feel safe and comfortable.

The pool was fantastic! The grounds and gardens were nice but aired on the side of Disney land decor. Not my taste . The breakfast was good with nice variety. The pizza restaurant was good too. My biggest complaint was loud music playing until 11 pm. I could not sleep well because of this and had an early flight. It appears they do weddings and parties here so take that into consideration.

Nice hotel with pool and area for sun bathing. There was some parties when we were there and a lot of noice in our corridor 03:15AM which woke us up 👎 Otherwise a pleasant stay. Good pizza at the pool side restaurant. Good breakfast at the other restaurant.

No airport shuttle! That was one of the main reasons that I booked this hotel but they don’t have a shuttle so I had to take a cab that cost $50. Frustrating for sure. Check-in was a hassle because their credit card machine was not working and they wanted to charge me the local tax and had me standing around for at least 15 minutes before they decided to go ahead and show me to my room. The beds were comfortable and the facility was very clean. It was a very long walk from the train station in Sesto Firenze, and mostly all uphill walking. No taxis were available. I regret not checking out the bus schedule from the train station to the hotel.

This place is a little outside of Florence but it is exceptional. You can walk to Zambra train station and catch a train into Florence for 1.60 Euros. The train station Santa Maria Novella is right down town Florence. The breakfast here was included and it was excellent. lots of variety and very good coffee. We checked out at 11:00 but our flight to Athens wasn’t until 6:30. Our luggage was stored by the hotel staff, we were given pool towels and spent the day by the pool, with tons of shade and on the beautiful grounds here. The front desk arranged a shuttle to the airport for us. The little pool restaurant opens up for dinner at 7:00 and the food was great. Pasta, pizza and a bottle of wine was 52 Euros.

Lovely property, places to sit or walk and enjoy all the beautiful plantings. Nice bar/restaurant for a beer or cocktail and the pizza was really good, great crust! Huge beautiful pool area. Only complaint, bring your own pillow especially if you like small fluffy ones. Would definitely recommend for couples or families with children. Had a castle for kids to play in and little hobbit houses.

The staff was yelling at each other when we arrived. When we checked in they had a totally different price and they argued with us even though we had the expedida receipt. They tried to charge for city taxes though the receipt included the taxes. The place is noisy (next to a soccer stadium) and isn’t convenient to anything - including the airport. Super irritated.

My room has a large amount of tiny ants that were coming in from a crack by the bathroom wall. Before realizing the ants, we had brought some snacks and left them on the desk for later. Well later came and once we got back from dinner, we saw the ants completely conquered the snacks and we had to throw them all out due to the infestation. I told the front desk and showed pics and videos and after showing him the room, nothing was done to fix it. Upon checkout, I explained my dissatisfaction and they covered my €16 tourist tax fee as an apology. On top of the ant issue, they have a large parking lot but they had a big wedding at the time of my stay so non-paying guest took up all the parking space and it made it really difficult for us. The noise was absolutely ridiculous as the wedding was in the middle of the hotel area so the hotel guest had to deal with that ruckus as well. The property is pretty, just wish it had a little better of a turnout.

Otroligt bra frukost! Det var olika sallader, fruktbitar, ost o flera goda croissanter mm. Det fanns olika sorters kaffe, juice, flingor mm. Det fanns äggröra, korvbitar o flera olika sorters kex i förpackning. Sköna grönområden o en jättefin pool. Restaurangenvar endast öppen för frukost men man kunde använda bistron bredvid poolen för middag.
