"Clean room, great area"

"Well-equipped apartment in the centre of Madrid. Location was excellent, we were able to cook and do laundry and property is kept exceptionally clean. Will definitely be coming back here on my next trip to Madrid."

"Great staff and clean rooms"

"Nice staffs. Really helpful. Convenient location."

"Habitación limpia y con todas la comodidad para estar 2 personas, además en nuestro caso teníamos baño privado lo cual favoreció nuestra estancia. Nos han dejado productos de bienvenida y la zona común de la cocina estaba recogida y en orden! Lo recomendaría 😊"

"Clean, good breakfast, nice staff. Shops and touristic points nearby and walkable."

"great"

"Excellent"

"Had a great stay, in a good location not far to walk to most of the main sites only 10 minutes to the grand via and about 20 minutes to the palace.Close to transport links, lots of good restaurants and bars in the area and a couple of supermarkets very close.Lovely big apartment very clean had everything we needed, staff were very helpful and friendly,Ruslana and Salvadore were great with information about how to get around and recommendations for trips.Would definitely stay again"

"Air conditioning was good"

"This hotel gives me the best Location for my short business trip. It is located very near to my meeting venue. Staff are very friendly and very very helpful. I like the hotel's small room with a window that provided me with a very quiet place to stay in a big city. Metro stations are not very far, however, one has to be aware that travelling from/to the airport using Metro may involve a hundred meters of pulling and pushing your luggage between the station and the hotel. The hotel is very near...

"Esta muy bien ubicada, tiene las estaciones del metro cerca, buenos restaurantes, tiendas, etc. aunque está pequeña tiene todo lo necesario, estuvimos muy agusto en este departamento 😊"

"Issues in the building with sewage smell. Specifically on the 9th floor. I would confirm with the management about if these issues have been rectified. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately I believe the upper management disregarded this issue that was a known issue and still booked rooms. I had to move rooms 3 times. Other than that, the location and the staff were great. Breakfast was above average. I chose it since my son was staying there for a semester abroad."
