"Don't be discouraged by the kind of hidden entrance, this hotel was everything we wanted for our stay. The area is super walkable and in close proximity to several docks, shops, restaurants, and temples. The rooms are large, very clean, and had STUNNING views of Wat Arun and Wat Pho. The staff was very kind and accommodating- answering every question we had. All of this would have made for a lovely stay but the standout was the food. We had breakfast every morning here and at first we planned it just based on convenience but it quickly became some of the best food we ate while in Bangkok. The restaurant for dinner was also incredible, without a single bad dish, and the rooftop bar's drinks were delicious. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling to Bangkok (especially for dinner!!)."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was small but had a very cozy feel and the decor was so tastefully done. Everything was as it appeared in the pictures. There are no surprises. There was a bit of hair on the bathroom floor but overall the room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable with fresh clean sheets. The area is also very interesting. It’s in the historic district of Bangkok. There are quirky neighborhoods with little alleys and plenty of good eating spots. Would definitely stay again. "

"This charming boutique hotel has a dramatic view of Wat Arun and The Chao Praya River. Located in Tha Tien and close to the Flower Market and Wat Po, ferries, subway, and taxis of all types are also convenient. Attentive staff made this stay a pleasure. Roof top bar should not be missed. We look forward to returning. "

"In order of priority for us: 1. Cleanliness - esp. the bathrooms, 2. Staff - very friendly, welcoming and warm, esp. since this is our first visit to Thailand, 3. Location - very close to local market with lots of options for trying Thailand local food, snacks, drinks, Thai-tea, etc. & Ferry terminal. We loved our stay here!"
