The hallways and elevator were soaked from people not being able to dry off at the pool. We had reservations to return at the end of the month, but canceled and found somewhere else to stay."

"This hotel as advertised as having a pool and hot tub. I booked especially for that reason. There is NO POOL or Hot tub at this hotel. They informed me they have a suite with a jacuzzi tub"

When getting into the room, the hallways were dim, unclean, and loud music was playing that you could hear throughout the hallway once inside the room there was urine in the toilet. The floors were dirty. The bed was not made, and the lamp shade was broken when attempting to call the front desk about these conditions the phone didn’t work as well."
