Ok stay

Clean pleace. Practical location. The door to the bathroom couldn't close, which is a big inconvenience when three people are sharing 9 m2. The reception was closed, so one uses the next door hotels reception. We were approached by sketchy people at the parking lot, so the area didn't feel safe. I was able to charge the battery of my car, but one of the charging stations didn't work.

There were cockroaches in the room.

I was not happy about my stay as there were cockroaches and other types of insects in the room. This was dirty and disrupted the quality of my stay as my wife and I were both uncomfortable. I was staying in room 63 and am veey dissapointed in the level of upkeep.

Party time

Reception closed with poor signage to the nearby Campanile reception. Lack of sleep due to neighbouring rooms partying all night. Man those mattresses need some oiling after all that squeaking. Definitely not sound proofed rooms

Even though the rooms are marked non-smoking, the customers stood outside their doors and smoked. My eyes burned and I could smell the smoke. The rooms are all facing outdoors and the nearest neighbor can be just a few feet away, Hence, smoking within a few feet of the window and door.

on nous a donné la chambre huit quand on est arrivé, on a pris une douche et il y avait 3 bestioles noir qui sortaient de la bonde de douche ça ressemblait à des cafards mais se n’était pas ça. Ensuite on est allé à un mariage quand on est rentré à 2h du matin, on s’est douché et rebelote au moins huit bestioles qui sortait de la bonde douche on est allé se plaindre et on nous a donné une autre chambre mais c’est pas top.

Nous avions une chambre pour trois Nous étions en période de canicule Aucune climatisation Nous devions recevoir des ventilateurs 2 jours après et rien Robinet de la micro salle de bain cassé Les toilettes fuyait tout le temps La chambre pour trois personnes était ridiculement petite Ne parlons pas des bestioles qui étaient dans la chambre ( majoritairement des petits cafards sur les murs le sol et le lit) Je déconseille à 100% Mention spéciale pour les femmes à l'accueil (surtout Miss Polynesie) qui ont été super agréable avec nous et on tentés de nous mettre à l'aise malgré la situation, toujours avec le sourire et beaucoup de bienveillance
