Alessandra any her team are excellent. Could not be more pleasant or helpful. Even packed sandwiches for us to take on checkout day since we were leaving early. Also, excellent location for walking the city, very near the Rialto bridge.

What to say its a very boutique hotel in an amazing position. Alessandra and her staff are so helpful its unbelievable. Great position and a superb, amazing restaurant underneath....with a super view of the grand canal. I would absolutely reccomend if you want a truly venetian experince.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Venice. Wonderful host, fantastic rooms with traditional Venetian decoration to really immerse you on your trip to Venice. This was the hosts family home before and her passion for Venice shines through,helpful with sights to see and where to go. Could not recommend this place enough, the perfect getaway stay.
