Great little hotel.

Lovely little hotel. Really helpful staff. Convenient location short drive to free parking to get bus or train to Venice and being in Mestre they organised the pass for free entry into Venice. Rooms were comfy and air conditioned. Great value.

We had a great experience at La Lista Rooms. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to drop our luggage in the morning before check-in, gave us guidance on transportation to the city center, as well as a QR code that allowed us to enter the city without having to pay the fee. Overall, the place was very clean and well managed. Only complaint was that our thermostat in the room didn’t work. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay and would book again.

I would not repeat.

The accommodation is regular. I heard the neighbors snoring. People laughing in the terrace. People speaking on the phone at 6:00 in the morning next door. Humidity in the walls, During the check in they offered us to have dinner in the restaurant with 10% discount. Staff very friendly but I wasn’t told the abusive charges in the restaurant. When complained nothing was done. Great parking.

Personale gentile , letti comodi. Molto rumorosa. Si sentono i vicini delle camere adiacenti come fossero nella tua stessa stanza. Vi è il bollitore ma non il caffè solubile e neppure lo zucchero. Nel complesso ci ritornerei per la gentilezza , la pulizia ed il prezzo accessibile.
