Most of the few “negative” reviews seemed to be written by people who just didn’t like Venice, which isn’t the fault of this lovely hotel. The rooftop is a fantastic feature and you are right in the middle of the fabulous chaos of Venice. Danielle, like many have pointed out, is an angel of a hostess. "
"we stayed at this hotel for 1 week and it was honestly a great experience. the staff was nice and the rooms are so clean. the cleaners would always make sure everyday that we were stocked up with towels, toilet paper, soap etc. they would also make sure that our rooms were clean 24/7 which is a big help with 3 people in a hotel room! the parking is great and the hotel is very accessible to a lot of food and stores considering where it is located. would definitely recommend!"

"It is not a typical hotel. Check-in is via a kiosk which went smoothly enough for us but I imagine if that malfunctioned it would leave some people stuck. The parking lot is small and even though we paid for parking, it was full when we got there. We were able to talk to the virtual clerk who cleared us to park in the handicap just for the night. The room itself is small but clean. "
