clean living in Venice

The concierge was incredibly attentive and friendly. The room was well thought out, stylish, clean and comfy. The common area is a great added bonus with a view of the ocean.

Small, smelled bad in the room (sewage), no parking and the nearby area felt dangerous at night. I love Gjelina products but this was not a good hotel. Staff was very friendly and breakfast croissants were good though

Beautiful hotel with rustic motif. Immediate parking is convenient , not related to the facility , but $60 for overnight- It’s a bargain for LA. The room was clean and beautiful. The hotel was located within walking distance to the beach and the many shops along the strip. Great overall experience.

A spontaneous pick which thoroughly surprised and delighted! Highly recommend picking a suite over the single rooms if you are here on a holiday. You won't regret it! Lovely touches to make one feel right at home, super cozy and luxurious.

The front door was locked so it felt safe to ring the doorbell in order to enter or use my key card. The room was quiet and not as small as I expected for a full bed. Very clean. The lobby felt like I was coming home. It was very cozy at night, and also lively in the morning. There is a garage parking around the corner for overnight and is cheaper if you use an app like ACE PARKING app. It was worth $20 to park there overnite, since it was difficult to find free street parking. The streets are a bit dirty and walking around smell of drugs. But the small hotel itself was beautiful. Make sure you have a buddy if you're new to the LA area. I dont suggest walking alone at night.

Loved the baked bread! The room was exactly what I expected for Venice area, unique. Great location but parking is an issue, don’t use overnight parking down the street, they wanted $60! Renaissance, parking structure, at Navy and Pacific is best $20!

I stayed at the Gjelina hotel over a weekend to get some intense work done away from the distractions of home. The staff were incredibly helpful, shoutout to Elliot especially. Lots of places to sit and hang out (or work) like the rooftop terrace, the courtyard, and even the lobby. Great to have Ocean Front Walk right there for high energy breaks and walks. The room was surprisingly quiet for one block from the beach.
