"I think the communication with this property and Sam was really really good! They gave us all the information we needed in clear and concise instructions. We were able to access the property with no problem and enjoyed our stay. The property is located near a lot of things so getting to grocery stores to fill the refrigerator and sightseeing Etc was a breeze. Few minor things like the dish soap was relatively watery so it was hard to wash dishes or you had to use more in order to wash dishes....

"This place was absolutely amazing! It’s huge. 4 floors (could be an issue for someone with mobility issues) and can sleep 14! It also has 4 bathrooms- 3 with showers. It was amazing for our family vacation everyone had space, their own bed, and almost their own bathroom! The kitchen was well stocked and they had complimentary items to use! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in an ocean front view room. Pros: -location -views -cleanliness -has netflix (living room area only) -basic kitchen tools for cooking/eating. -rooftop patio (very nice to hang out, watch the sunset and do bbq). Cons: -no A/C, so summer time you might not enjoy it. Although it has a ceiling fan in the bedroom, mine was a little noisy. -not soundproof, you can hear footsteps from the suite above and the noise outside the building. -if you like hot showers like...

"Property location was great - staff were professional. Area is VERY loud — we couldn’t take a nap, and then there was a loud party across the street and we had to wait for them to close up before we could fall asleep. Noise is a major issue — if you need to sleep I would seriously reconsider this hotel. Perhaps our room was particularly bad bc of the way it was facing — but we were shocked by how bad the noise was for relatively high end hotel. "
