We had a terrible stay at Ca Rosa. The room is advertised as 'Luxury twin room' but there is nothing luxurious about it. 2 beds in a bare room. No night lights or anything, just the bright ceiling light. However, as we only planned to sleep there and spend our days in Venice, the bedroom wasn't as issue. The bathroom was the big issue though. A big hole in the sink was 'repaired' with a blob of glue which has a lot of mold in and under it. There was also mold on the ceiling, on the shower curtain, the door of the bathroom and in all the grouts of the shower area.
After making the owner aware of all of this, the shower curtain was replaced and the ceiling scrubbed. He called it done. However, the broken sink with mold, broken door with mold and mold in the grouts remains. The owner told me this is the quality to expect for this price (€236 for 2 night in September). Would discourage anyone to stay here, that bathroom is a healt hazard.
