"Great spot if you want to be near the beach and the Venice beach strip. You can walk to Abbot Kinney Blvd and the Venice Canals easily, or even to Santa Monica Pier if you don't mind a longer walk either along the beach or in through town, We didn't eat at the rooftop bar but it has an amazing view. My only suggestion is if you are a light sleeper I'd suggest earplugs as there is music playing along the strip into the early hours and if people are passing in the hall the sound it echoes into...

"Great amenities, great rooms, great location."

"The gentleman at the desk was very nice and helpful. We had room 4 and it was great to see out the window to the ocean. The room has all the basics you need. The easy beach access is amazing. Restaurants and entertainment are at walking distance. There’s some things that probably should be updated, but I would definitely stay here again."

"Super close to the beach, very nice staff! Some amenities felt outdated, the lights were confusing to the windows. Overall, a nice stay!"

"Rooms and grounds need a remodel or built up to current or modern times considering it is in Venice, California. Room was okay but King bed was bedded with Queen sheets and pillows were over stuffed. Nice location surrounded by restaurants and shopping opportunities and near Venice Beach."

"The area during the day is nice but at night it’s not a safe area, all you pay for is the view but the hotel can use lots of remodeling, for the price they charge I’m sure they could afford some renovations."

"Overall, very good place to stay."

"We stayed just the one night but the staff was helpful and our room was great. Service at the hotel was excellent We went to football game but walked down to beach in the morning prior to the game"

"We were on the 4th floor and the constant vibration from either a building vent unit on the roof or an HVAC system was very annoying. The floor, bed, doors, everything was vibrating."

"Love the reflective/mirror elevator door!! Friendly and professional!! Very good comfortable stay!!"
