"My boyfriend and I needed a room for a 1 night stay in old San Juan. Navona studios is in a super convenient location and a great price for a simple room. Check-in was easy even though there was no front desk. They sent over very detailed instructions so the process went smoothly. The room itself is small but clean and has all you need. I also appreciated the level of security to get to our room. There were a couple locked doors before even getting to our room. The Navona jewelry store next...

"The place was good for a day or 2 but not for more then that only because we stayed 6 days and we were denied change of clean towels and bed sheets told it wasn’t allowed that it’s per the whole trip, we even had to buy our own toilet paper at one point and garbage bags because we were only given 3 we were a group of 6 people. Pool was nice and the area was clean. We also didn’t have a broom, mop to clean. It’s nice for a max of 3 days."

"Beautiful historic hotel built in 1530’s. Safe with locked front door, kitchen amenities, and you have the gorgeous streets of Viejo San Juan right when you step outside. Everything is in walking distance. Loved it! "

"The property is listed as having parking and it didn’t. I would’ve made better plans than the amount of money I ended up spending for my stay in old CM Juan. The staff then had the audacity to give me a discount I could use at the parking garage they recommended however payment is by phone so saving $20t was not even possible. All in all, a very expensive venture that I had not anticipated. The place was not worth the extra I paid for parking."

" Very nice and clean hotel. Staff was awesome! The only reason I could not give a 5 star rating is because of no elevator or assistance getting luggage up to the 3rd floor. "

"This was my first time traveling to Puerto Rico. I booked this hotel because of the photos and the description of details about the room. Everyone was nice and so friendly, I had an amazing trip. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Staff was relatively quiet and kept to themselves as to not bother guest. But also maintained many properties in the area. The hotel was quaint but these stairs were quite the workout. Not an idea space for anyone with handicap needs or disabilities. Be sure to communicate with staff for parking permits and request extra towels ahead of time. Overall a great experience and no more than a 15-20 minute walk to viejo San Juan "
