My room was clean and had a balcony overlooking the street and then across from the beach. The pool area was nice but in the shade from about 1 PM on. There were supposed to be restaurants and bars at the hotel, which they advertise, but were not open.

I had a wonderful stay at Comfort Inn & Suites in Puerto Rico! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind, which made such a difference after a long travel day. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly (a must in the Puerto Rico heat!), and the overall atmosphere felt safe and peaceful. I especially appreciated how convenient the location was — close to the airport, beaches, and local spots, making it easy to explore and get around. Breakfast each morning was a great bonus and helped me start my days energized. The property was tidy and well cared for, and I could tell the team takes pride in creating a pleasant experience for guests. First night no hot water and REALLY loud street noise. Clean, comfortable. Pool is barely in the sun. The WORST breakfast I have ever had. Literally could not drink the coffee. There was no milk, 1/2&1/2. Just powdered creamer. only bananas and apples as fruit (its a tropical island!). eggs cereal and tiny yogurts (which are gross anyway). I have never seen a smaller, skimpier b'fast with horrible coffee.
