This hotel has the most amazing free breakfast ever! The rooms were clean, staff was so kind, and the free shuttle to OSJ and T-Mobile district were soooo helpful. The ONLY complaint was that both days we stayed there were no chairs in the pool area, so we skipped using the pool. That sucked since we spend 6 hours walking around OSJ and wanted to lay by the pool after.

Shuttle service in Old San Juan was a game changer. Breakfast was good just extremely busy. Checkin was not available exactly a 4 pm; There were alot a people waiting in the lobby so I assume this was other guest's experience as well

I had a great experience. They did not have our correct room available so they gave me a very nice discount. The staff was helpful. The aerial was walkable very close to the T-Mobile district and we enjoyed everything about it. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was cleaning the pool was nice. Breakfast was wonderful. Everything seem fresh and I will be staying here again.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Answered all our questions and provided information that was helpful that I didn’t think I would need. They quickly addressed a minor issue with our room. Light bulbs were missing. It was resolved immediately. Location was perfect Walkable to Distrito T mobile Bus shuttles to old San Juan took the stress out of driving.

The hotel was overall okay. The kept water stocked in the room which was good. The first night I had to go downstairs to get wash clothes because they didn’t have any in the room. Afterwards, they replaced them everyday. They offer a free breakfast but it ends at 9:30 am so I never went. They also have a free shuttle to around 5 places but it ends at 5 pm. It’s in a good central location. The T-Mobile district and some restaurants are within walking distance.
