"This property is absolutely picturesque and in an amazing location!! The staff members were all very kind and helpful, and the whole resort has been maintained very well. "Ana at the front desk was terrible. Her attitude was unprofessional, she didn’t make me feel welcomed because I didn’t speak Spanish. Also, I paid extra for an ocean view room and I got a rainforest view room. I’m disappointed and won’t be returning. The roots breakfast buffet was DISGUSTING and $35 per person. The drinks were not cold, the food was not hot, the AC wasn’t working, it was just a nightmare."

"A perfect vacation getaway! All of the staff were so nice and helpful! We will definitely come back. FYI the waves at the beach are pretty big with a strong undertow which we were not expecting so you may have to consider going to a beach with calmer waters if you have young kids- it’s an easy, quick uber ride to one of those beaches."

"This place was absolutely beautiful! The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were super clean! The customer service was unexpectedly trash, the bartenders weren’t upbeat and nice. They were dry and miserable it gave off that they were sick of working there. The drinks were $17 and taste like water!
