"The apartment overall was great it had all our needs and was very clean and tidy. AC was a must and it was perfect for the room. However, just a few nitpicks I’ve got to mention, on two occasions, once including our arrival from the airport, the main door to get into the apartment was locked so we was locked out for a while but maintenance was speedy in coming to fix the issue. "We did not use the spa facilities. The staff, especially the front desk, and in particular Sergi, were excellent. Possibly the most helpful and efficient front desk staff we have ever encountered at any hotel. The room cleaning staff could have been more focused. They did not clean the dirty wine glasses and left towels for one fay and two people only. More towels would have been appreciated. Overall, an excellent staff and facilities. The daily buffet style breakfast was exceptional. We will sing the praises of this hotel to our friends/family. we will return to this hotel in the future. "

"We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. Its out of the centre and close to the underground station. This means it is quiet and peaceful at night but easy enough to travel to the city centre. It was about a 5 minute walk, we got the 5 day unlimited travel card that enabled up to get around result. The rooms are well equipped and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we've ever slept in. Staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was decent and there was lots of choice for all people. The pool area was nice and the loungers were comfortable, it wasn't busy as it's not a sit around the pool kind of hotel. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would use it again."
