The apartment was very spacious with large kitchen and bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room. It also had a balcony. However, it smelled like sewage, especially in both bathrooms. Plumbing was cloggins easily in the sinks and it smelled really bad the entire time. Also, the apartment is very sparcelly decorated and overall lacks a cozy feel. It feels more like a hospital, cold and uninviting. Location is great though-7 min walk from Sagrada Familia.

The apartment was very big for us three. Safe area and easy to access anything you need. Our rooms were very clean but the terrace needs a little mainenance ( uneven/broken boards). One of the bedrooms was adjacent to the Cross Fit gym which was very loud from 6:30 am- 9 am, with banging music and sound of heavy equipment. The staff, especially Sergio were amazing!

Très bon choix

Points positifs : Appartement super bien situé (à 4 coins de rue de la Sagrada Familia et de l'hôpital Sant Pau), bonne superficie pour une famille, belle terrasse permettant de relaxer en fin de journée, bons petits restos à proximité (Alain pizza sur le coin de la rue + Veiga bar tapas pas loin), wi-fi fonctionne bien, fournisse savon à lave-vaisselle (pour lavabo + lave-vaisselle) et lingettes pour laver/essuyer la vaisselle, 2 airs climatisés fonctionnent à merveille et facile d'utilisation, plusieurs épiceries à proximité (Dia, Sorli et Condislife), ascenseur disponible ( essentiel pour monter les 5 étages après une bonne journée de marche), Administratrice sympathique, 3 coins de rue du métro Encants, Points négatifs : difficulté pour rejoindre la responsable par téléphone à partir de l'aéroport (pas de réponse) et une fois sur les lieux, nous avons dû attendre +/- 45 minutes avant qu'elle vienne nous voir (malgré le fait qu'elle savait vers qu'elle nous allions arriver). Voisins sur la terrasse voisine consommaient de la marijuana "non stop' (odeur désagréable). À notre arrivée, les femmes de ménage sortaient de l'appartement. Elles avaient utilisé un vieux balai qui a laissé une odeur nauséabonde dans l'appartement + le mur rouge de la cuisine est a lavé (beaucoup de traces d'éclaboussures), seulement 2 rouleaux de papier de toilette pour une famille de 4 et un séjour de 9 nuits, manque des verres à vin, Gym de Cross Fit au RC ( un peu bruyant le matin )

Excelente estancia

Excelente estancia desde que llegamos los chicos de recepción nos recibieron muy bien y el trato fué muy bueno . La ubicación del departamento es inmejorable , las instalaciones muy buenas . Estaciones de metro muy cerca , a 5 min caminando a La Sagrada Familia . Muchos lugares donde comer y un supermercado a la vuelta de la esquina .

Location was excellent, close to sites and transportation! Apartment was clean and well stocked--except for toilet tissue and wash cloths; had to buy our own. It was difficult to get in touch with the apt manager. We had to contact AARP to do it for us.

You can probably get better with same price

The dirtiest hotel we have visited so far. AC not working properly. Sound insulation was an absolute joke, you could've easily participate in the conversation our neighbours were having in their room. We stayed here for a week. For whole duration of our stay there was some sort of construction work going on. No notifications in advance about construction noises. Only positive thing i can find is the location.

Checkin was easy. I was able to communicate with the property management cia whatsapp. Location was good, only 10 minutes from the Sagrada Familia church. Many bars, restaurants and cafes nearby.

Large group of friends

Apartment were excellent: location was excellent! 5mins walk from two metro stations. We did have to wait 30minutesnto check in as they were at another apartments at the time, however kept us informed via my mobile. Apartments were really clean , fully functioning kitchen and we were lucky to have a large terrace area. Check out is really simple, you just leave the keys in the apartment and close the door. Staff were on hand 24/7 via their mobile . Would recommend to stay again. There is also a lift in the premises if you have a room on the top floor. There is a sound curfew which we were more than happy with: and a sound monitor in the room.

Ubicación perfecta a pocas cuadras de Sagrada Familia, sin embargo silencioso y bueno para relajarse y dormir Espacioso pulcro bien equipado. Lo volvería a utilizar por más días. Lo único por mejorar el parking

Great Apartments

The apartment we stayed in has 4 bedrooms and 2 toilet and baths. It was clean and it had everything we need. Communication with the management was also great and they were very helpful. They booked a taxi for us because we had a very early flight. It was also about a 5-minute walk to the Sagrada Familia. We had a great stay and would recommend it to families and groups of friends travelling together.

Barcelona New Year

This apartment was fantastic. We had a great overall experience. The managers of the apartments communicated with us via hotels.com before the trip, and we knew exactly what to expect. We stayed in the one-bedroom penthouse apartment. It had a very large entrance room, a large bedroom, and a living room/kitchen. The bathroom was a little small, but adequate for our needs. The bed was comfy, and there was a fold-out couch with plenty of extra bedding. The terrace was fantastic! We were the only ones who had access to it. It was very large - much more than the apartment footprint. The terrace door was not working when we got there. They came out quickly to fix it. The apartment is about 5 blocks from the Sagrada Familia cathedral, and it is close to metro stops and grocery stores. It is also fun to experience Barcelona life outside of the usual tourist hotels. Everything was very clean and fully stocked. There is a clothes washer in the kitchen. You have to dry the clothes on the terrace via the clotheslines. We left plenty of extra clothespins in the cupboard in the entrance room!

A limpeza poderia ser melhor

O apartamento em si é muito bom, o único ponto negativo fica por conta de um dos banheiros ter forte cheiro de esgoto. A limpeza foi o item que mais se pode anotar seja dos cômodos, da louças e até dos utensílios, ficou a desejar. Havia utensílios que não dava pra usar. Outra questão: a louça. O apartamento tinha cama para 7 pessoas, mas havia apenas 2 copos. O ponto forte é a localização.
