Liked the moderne design of the ground floor and bar/restaurant, pity it was just one person responsible for the bar and restaurant so after waiting for ever to be severed for food we eventually gave up, Not so nice was also the constant loud mainstream music all over the ground floor."

"Really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and modern everywhere in the hotel and rooms. Breakfast was great quality and value for money. Staff extremely friendly. Location is a little further out of the old town that we would have liked but there is a metro station very near and the walk is only 30 mins. "We had a good experience with this hotel. The room was clean and nice. It smelled like smoke around reception, which we did not like, but the rest of the hotel was not that way. There was a convenience store and cafeteria nearby which was nice. It was fairly close to the metro stop, which was good as it is pretty far from the center of Bilbao. The parking was also convenient and included, which we appreciated!"
