As a football fan, this was the perfect place to stay. Right outside of the San James and only a 15 minute walk from the Guggenheim museum. Staff were friendly and informative. And parking lot had space for our car.

Clean comfortable place to stay en route to san sebastion. We were only there for a short time but were able to walk to the guggenheim and do a river walk. The hotel kindly stored our bags so we could explore for the day.

Walking distance to the bus station. A good walk from the Guggenheim museum and old town. The hallways were drab, but the room was spacious and bright. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of items.

Way exceeded my expectations, room large and very comfortable with two extra large single beds, breakfast one of the best continental I have had and the veiws over the river from the restaurant in the evening were stunning. Would certainly return if revisiting Bilbao
