It was a nice hotel and close to transport links such as the buses and metro. It was weird not having anyone to speak to when I needed help on an issue though.

Bit of trouble accessing properly at first, as no access code came through!however it was sorted within 10min!by lovely memeb of staff!who worked in bar across road!!otherwise room/cleaning/was all good!Great shower!kitchen down below also good to have and washing machine and drying!only thing i have against is itz a 15 min away from central!so if you're looking to be bilbao itself??on a gd day!lovely walk along river!about 30min?i enjoyed walking along river!though a lot of changes going on!very pleased with stay.

Really good value! You get exactly as you pay for. Really clean and exactly as we needed for a one night lay over in Bilbao. Improvements for management: put corridor lights on a sensor as they are on all evening and bright light leaked into our room all night.

Very modern with no keys or reception. You get a code before arrival for the door and your room, but it all seems to work well once you get how it works. Close to supermarkets and buses.

The biggest issue was the lack of sound proofing in the rooms. Very easy to hear noise from other areas and outside even when using earplugs.

I wouldn’t stay here again

Don’t stay here if you want to sleep! This hotel is extremely loud from the road, the windows are low quality and thin which allow a lot of sound in. Not to mention the walls are also extremely thin and I could hear next doors music and TV all night. The place has no reception and wouldn’t answer the phone so I was kept awake!

Funda colchón da mucho calor, por la noche espalda, cuello sudados, edredón mucho calor. He pagado casi 200€ muy caro para estar alejado del centro 2km200m. Se agradece mucho poder comer en mesa, y utilizar la cocina y lavadoras/secadora.

Ich warne vor dem Zimmer Nr. 6 Der Fahrstuhlschacht ist Bestandteil dieses Zimmers. Es knackt, brummt, rumpelt und rattert jedesmal wenn der Aufzug benützt wird. Kein Schlaf möglich, erst ab 1:30 Uhr, dann aber auch nur bis 6:30 Uhr. Ich hatte 2 Nächte gebucht, habe mir für die zweite Nacht ein anderes Hotel genommen. Wer erstattet mir die Mehrkosten ?

쉽게 체크인을 하였고 공용이지만 주방이 있어 편리했어요. 주위에 수퍼마켓과 버스가 있어 시내까지 쉽게 이동했어요. 문을 여는 키패드가 작동이 잘되고 모든 것이 좋았어요. 주위에 간단하게 아침 식사할 곳도 있어 좋았어요.

Non posso dare un parere sul personale perchè tutte le operazioni si fanno in autonomia. Abbiamo speso 51 euro a notte, prezzo ottimo. Trasporto per il centro della città frequente. Stanze veramente pulitissime, asciugamani e bagno top.
