"Great hotel, in a great area ( Quayside) & we had a lovely view of river & Quayside. All staff were very friendly & welcoming. The food was lovely but quite expensive. The bed was so comfortable. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay"

"Hotel is excellent …… no problem at all …… but parking is absolutely awful ….. limited outside and expensive elsewhere….. BEWARE !!! The bus gate / MONEY Gate towards the Glasshouse and Baltic ….. it’s a Gateshead Council Cash Cow !!!!! So be warned and forearmed !!!!! And avoid going along the quayside to a car park that does not exist ….. only to trap you into a £70 fine !!!!!! "
