"Hotel was clean and updated. Courtyard hot tub was excellent."

"The staff were really nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend it"

"Loved this hotel and the renovations they did. Very clean, the staff were helpful and breakfast was lovely. I'll stay here again! Underground parking was also included with the reservation - nice perk!"

"Honestly, the pictures do not look anything like the room we had not to mention I booked on Expedia, not thinking when I got to the resort that there would be extra fees that I had to pay, and when I booked, they did not say that I would have to pay for parking extra all it said was that there was parking on site not that you had to pay for it and the resort fees you would think that’s included in the Expedia price seeing as the room was over $600."

"I stayed only one night because I had to catch a flight, but I wish I could stay longer. It was nice. The location is convenient. The staff are very helpful. The bunk bed is a bit small, but has everything I need. I like the fact that shower and toilet is in the same room and inside the bedroom."

"Rooms were quite big, there’s a washroom in the common outside area as well as indoors, staff was friendly and helpful, good common areas such as a lounge and kitchen downstairs."

"Excellent breakfast on a tray in the room. Friendly host. Comfortable room. A bit of noise from the room above."

"It was a beautiful hotel in a beautiful place. Close enough to walk but also right by a bus stop."

"Clean and comfortable very large room with comfy beds. The staff were very helpful and gave several excellent dining suggestions."

"We really liked the very friendly staff at the front desk, pool, room cleaners, etc. They made us feel special and that added to a wonderful quick trip to Banff."
