"Our stay was good the location to everything was perfect. When we arrived the elevator was down but that only lasted a couple of minutes. Security was always present upon entering the lobby. You had to show your hotel key to security. The room was clean and very spacious. The only complaint I would have is the air conditioner in the room didn’t get that cold. This is not our 1st time staying at this hotel. Every time we come to New Orleans this is our hotel of choice. We even got a free water bottle when we checked in."

"We enjoyed everything! The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. The pool was wonderful! We especially liked that it was open until 10:00 for night swims. We will hopefully be able to come back."
