"Very terrible service, doesn't pick up mobile call, very hard to contact. Didn't have enough refridgerator and said they couldn't do anything about it when all my groceries are about to go bad. House keeping didn't make the room even when the do not disturb sign isn't put up. Overall it was an awful experience, not worth it at all, and would not recommend."

"Definitely on of the more unique pod style experiences in such a historic hotel. Rooms were small but comfy and I definitely appreciated having a tv and air conditioner. Great food, shops, barber, etc within walking distance and its right across the street from the Hudson for beautiful water views. Would definitely stay here again."
