"The staff at this hotel are amazing! Chris, Carla,the front desk staff, the breakfast and coffee bar staff were all top notch! We spent 6 nights there & loved it! The location is right by the NY Waterway ferry into Manhattan, which was our favorite mode of transportation. The only thing we’d change was we needed more closet space. Other than that, the location was beautiful, as we walked the path along the river day & night & loved the view of the Manhattan skyline! We’ll be back!"

"I booked this hotel for the convenient location & views of NYC. Hotel is outdated & the AC unit was loud when trying to sleep. A floor lamp was broken, the 2 beds had the black metal support railing sticking out which you can't see, my 9 years hit his leg against ot by accident which caused bleeding. This hotel could use some TLC. I reported both to reception upon leaving."

"The property was clean and staff was very friendly. It was in a great location for everything we wanted to do in the area and when we needed to get to lower Manhattan it only took a few minutes to get an Uber. Only slight issues were the hot water in the shower was a bit inconsistent depending on time in the morning or evening. And the air conditioning was not as strong - it was preset at 65 but usually read to be actually @ 73 or 74 which was quite warm and stuffy with 4 people in the room and...

"Everything was great! Free parking, super clean… The only downside was that we had to request room cleaning a day in advance. One day, we asked for our room to be cleaned at noon, but the receptionist informed us that housekeeping requests had to be made before 10:00 a.m"

"We booked and paid extra for a room with a view but there wasn’t much to see from the floor we were on and the side we faced. Also beware they hold $300 deposit for incidentals and such when you check in, this was never refunded after calling the hotel and waiting 10 business day, had to dispute with credit card. In addition, grout in bathroom floor was filthy and stained, not properly cleaned or maintained. Finally skip the breakfast, food was decent but folks working there are unfriendly."

"Check in was quick and easy. The hotel staff were all friendly. The room and property itself were nice and clean. It is within walking distance to the shopping plaza and food. I would stay here every time I am in need of a room and in this area."

"Friendly and helpful staff, with easy check-in. Our room was a nice size, super-clean, with a comfy mattress and wonderful bathroom. The hotel has plenty of space to lounge in the lobby, as well as outdoor dining. Location was an easy walk to Times Square and the theater district, as well as a close drive to the Lincoln Tunnel. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again."
