"We stayed in the Gem suite and everything was top notch. Room was spacious. Bathroom was well stocked and large. Extra touches, I.e. wine and fruits on arrival were perfect. The location of the hotel was perfect. We could walk wherever we needed to go."

"2 adults + 2 year old. 6 night stay. PROs - very good breakfast, quiet room (3rd floor), very good location, twice daily turndown. CONs - pool was really dirty (murky, mouldy and slippery on the bottom - we ended up with skin rashes!), pool area cramped and very little shade available which is a problem in 37 degree days, hotel staff weren’t very warm / attentive ie help with opening door for pram 50% of the time (except Rosie at breakfast), hotel restaurants had zero ambience. At the price point for Hanoi it was hit and miss, so we wouldn’t stay again but may suit other travellers more than it suited us."
