This was the first lodging on our SE Asia trip, and the breakfast spoiled us for the rest of our tour: so varied and delicious! We stayed in a family suite that had two rooms in one, one with a king bed and one with two twins, which is a genius idea. The rooftop pool and bar was a great place to unwind after sightseeing, and the restaurant had a delicious dinner with amazing views if Hanoi.

Loved this hotel. Luxurious, modern and clean room. Rooftop hotel bar and pool, as well as a restaurant and spa in the hotel. Staff are very helpful and kind. Had an amazing spa treatment. Location is great as many restaurants and shops close by. Staff helped arrange transpiration to the airport.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms are luxurious and very comfortable, and the staff are super cool and welcoming. A special shout out to Chun, who was always very helpful and made the stay even better. The restaurant and room service are top notch, and everything I ordered was excellent. The breakfast here was incredible as well. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay and I would definitely come back.

Great hotel and location just outside of the old town. Great pool and bar area. The bar man made great cocktails! All of the staff were ultra friendly and helpful. Special mention to Ruby and Lisa in the restaurant, but everyone was so nice. Great breakfast! Had a massage at the spa, which was also great. Can’t fault the hotel. Would definitely stay again and I highly recommend staying here. Thank you.

I unfortunately only stayed at this hotel for one night, but it was truly an amazing experience. The staff were exceptional and warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, which did not go unnoticed. The buffet was also outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options to choose from. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable stay.

The staff were AMAZING! Loved them so much, so kind and helpful and friendly, they were a pleasure to talk to! We were only staying 1 night so we booked a room with no window as it was mostly for sleeping, but they have created this cool "fake window" with a light that looks like daylight and a cool green wall! The hotel was beautiful, great amenities, great breakfast buffet, clean and very cool rooftop pool! Will 100% be staying here next time I come to Hanoi!

Decor and design 10/10, located across from a florist in a quieter yet walkable part of town. Lovely staff went above and beyond and provided a breakfast bag for an early checkout! Rooftop pool was an oasis. The room was cute, but had to dock a star for slow water draining in the shower and a white light that would flash now and then in the room overnight. Unsure how soundproof the room was due to a noise complaint for walking and using a shower. Also the key was for power, AC as well as room entry. Newer building.

All though this is a brand new hotel and it wasn’t 100% finished - it did not disappoint at all! All the staff were super helpful and service oriented, and open about it being newly built. They did their absolute best to accommodate, and I’d definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Hanoi.

We had a truly fantastic and romantic stay at the Heritage Ham Long Hotel & Spa. The hotel is brand new, incredibly stylish and very clean – you can really feel that the details have been thought of. The rooms were comfortable with good beds and beautiful decor. The cleaning staff were very nice, and the hotel was generally really clean throughout our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and they really made a difference to the experience. An added bonus was the lovely little pool area – perfect for relaxing after a day in the city, service top notch up here. The fitness area was excellent with exercise equipment, but without heavy weights. The location is good, close to the center but still quiet. The breakfast was also really nice with a good selection. All in all, a really positive experience, and a perfect place for a romantic getaway. We would definitely recommend it!

I had a wonderful stay at Heritage Hamlong Hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Every single staff member was incredibly accommodating and attentive, making the stay feel comfortable and stress-free from start to finish. The bellboys were always prompt and helpful, the reception team was warm, professional, and efficient, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room spotless. A thoughtful touch that really stood out was how they kindly provided an air purifier in the room upon request. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the bar at the Sora Restaurant deserves a special mention for its great ambiance and excellent service—perfect for relaxing in the evening. The spa services were also excellent and very relaxing, adding an extra layer of comfort to the stay. Laundry service was fast, convenient, and handled with care, which was especially appreciated. Overall, the hospitality here is outstanding. You can really feel that the entire team cares about guest comfort. I would absolutely recommend Heritage Hamlong Hotel and Spa and would love to stay here again.

The team was professional, attentive, and incredibly warm they arranged a smooth $25 USD airport pickup and greeting me with smiles, a welcome drink, and seamless check-in. The hotel is immaculate; new, modern, and tastefully designed. My room was spacious and featured the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast was outstanding: a mix of traditional Vietnamese and international dishes, including pho, dumplings, oxtail, stewed beef, fried chicken, tropical fruits, vegan options, and fresh pastries. I’m from the Caribbean, live in Italy, and travel often ,this breakfast is a true 10/10. The rooftop pool and bar are stunning, with skyline views and the best staff, very thoughtful, friendly, and professional. My favorite drink, the Long Bein Glow cocktail, was beautifully presented. Truly five-star hospitality with heart I’d return in a heartbeat
