Amazing , Amazing, Amazing - did not want to leave . We booked a junior suite which was outstanding . It was more like an apartment with its own kitchen area , utility room with a 2nd toilet, living room , separate bedroom and bathroom. It also had a nice little balcony - which had great views being on the 37th floor , very modern , spacious building with 4 lifts . Reception is on 32nd floor and it has an amazing restaurant with excellent food. Roof top indoor gym and heated swimming pool . The staff were all amazing and very helpful 10/10 .

Great place to stay and will come back again

We had business trip there and spent a few more days after work. Buffet breakfast is great with high floor beautiful City view (32nd floor). We didn’t plan our trip, but thanks to the hotel manager Mr. Doan Anh Tuan. He helped us to book ha long bay trip, pick us up in the early morning and sent us back to hotel at night. He prepared our breakfast since we needed to leave hotel at 5:30am for the trip. He also helped us call restaurants to make reservations for us. I am very appreciate his help and he made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. We will definitely come back if we visit Hanoi again. 👍👍
