"I used to use the Hilton in central Durban it now that’s switched hands I come to this one instead. Very safe to walk to the beach one mile away Walkable to the gateway shopping mall (700 meters). Staff excellent and very helpful. Lovely little well Maintained gym and outdoor pool area. Undercover parking for less than a few USD per night. Happy hour each night for three hours and awesome TV in room with loads and loads of domestic and international channels. Definitely well worth the money."

"Amazing location with a 3 minute walk to the beach, rooms are clean and well equiped, unfortunately there was a lack of communication and we were asked "what time are you checking out a day earlier" Bafana at check in was really attentive and assisted with a queries, room service is good as well as house keeping."

"We arrive from overseas Australia to a very warm polite respectful welcome. Our room was clean comfortable and really well appointed. The only negative I can give you the beds extremely hard so coming in exhausted from a long International flight. It was very difficult to find any comfort to sleep. The breakfast was amazing, thoroughly enjoyed it. We are return Travellers to the Premier Inn on our travels and recommend it to everyone who’s coming into South Africa for a visit. We will use the premier Inn if we return on another visit. Candy Sadler"
