This is the second time I have stayed at the Hankyu RESPIRE, the first being only for a few nights on a multi-city "Golden Route" trip to Japan last year and the experience I had, combined with it's fantastic location meant it was the obvious choice for my week-long stay in Osaka this year. The rooms are well equipped and roomy, especially for Japan, toiletries, room slippers and pyjamas are provided, meaning you can leave those things at home and have more space in your luggage for your Japan...

There are lots of facilities in the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at Osaka Integate. Great breakfast choices with unique dishes. The bed was very comfortable. Design of room shows attention to details eg dim lighting, phone charging cables and pyjamas. It's very convenient to sel check out and store suitcases whilst we explored the local shops. The staff was very helpful and polite. We like the location of Intergate Hotel because it is near Osaka train station and local shopping malls. We...

Fabulous property and great oasis as the first hotel we stayed at and I wish we had stayed longer as Osaka has so much to offer and hotel so good. A little thing on amenities , the shower cloth was amazing. Free coffee and sesame snacks and candy in reception was a nice touch. Great location to get around.

We stayed in a room that allowed access to their club lounge, which was fantastic. Breakfast was excellent - as good pain au chocolat as I've had in Paris. Then afternoon tea and a light supper. All with drinks included - and that meant champagne (yes, not cava or prosecco). A great space to unwind after the hectic Osaka street scene. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel - great size rooms for Japan, very cool vibe to the place with a good location

Amazing

The room was really nice, small so you will have to put your cases under the bed. Bathroom was lovely. We would stay there again

We’ve stayed here a few times and always enjoy it. The location is good, very close to Shin-Osaka station, the staff are always helpful, everything is clean and we like the big communal baths and sauna. Depending on which room you go for, the views of Osaka city are great too

Amazing location. Staff were super helpful to our needs.

Lovely hotel

The breakfast had a large selection and the kitchen staff were continuously making fresh food. I loved the pizza bell! The room was very clean and the amenities provided were a happy surprise.

Hotel within the station so incredibly easy with suitcases and getting the Shinkansen

Location there are so many lines through Namba and other near stations. Kumoron market and great shopping are on your doorstep. The hotel has a great laundry and kitchen area with microwaves there and in room. Water bottles are not provided but you can fill water & ice. Staff were really helpful as due to health problems our plans changed daily. They facilitated and helped all the way. I only ate in the cafe once and they were gluten free conscious and the salmon was fab. Good service safe...

Very fancy breakfast room. Extensive and variety breakfast choice. Very helpful staff. Very convenient location.

The location is great, easy access from the trains, without needing to set foot on the open streets. There’s even a shopping mall and 14 story department store below, which other comparable hotels cannot match. Beautiful lounge and bars leading to the reception in the sky above Osaka. Very professional but friendly and welcoming staff. I’m sure all do, but our room on floor 55 had fantastic views, was silent, excellent quiet aircon, plenty of space, huge comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and...
