"The resort is an amazing place to stay for anyone visiting Cancun. It was my first time in Cancun and I had such a great experience, especially from the treatment and staff at the hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and provide beautiful views. There is a shopping mall, very convenient for great restaurants, scenic views and shopping. Best of all, the staff are very friendly and welcoming and I enjoyed every minute of being here."

"Great hotel. Newly funished, clean, comfortable beds, air conditioners that work well, nice pool onsite, restaurant onsite that is affordable with room service options. While the hotel itself was great, the location is questionable. Poor rundown neighbourhood that might be off-putting to some guests. All in all, I had a great stay, and would consider returning."

"Definitely not five star. Room was beat up, balcony door didn't lock, closet didn't stay closed, patio furniture was filthy (rust stains). Food was weak, lobby worn out, loud pool music 12 hours a day - don't get a seaview unless you don't care about noise. We couldn't take it and left early and got no sympathy, got hit real hard by $1000+ in cancellation fees. Seems like hotel has an identify crisis, way too far from the action to be a decent party hotel, yet luxury is lacking, price too high for what it is."

"Everything ok specially with mister Salvador his very helpful with us and very friendly I really appreciate their support he helped us at the last minute at the morning to buy my tickets for Xcaret park I really grateful with him and really recommend to him to buy tickets for parks 😍The worst was the room cleaning was so awful 😞"
