"The hotel is very comfortable and all the staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms have big air conditioning units that were life saving and the perfect amount of space. It is in the city with not many tourists. The food in the area is delicious and there are many convenience stores for water refills. It is also very easy to get transportation in this area, easy access for ubers and taxis. I would definitely recommend this place."

"The room was clean ,had some challenges with the face basin tap! The manager sent maintenance staff to sort it out. The Staff was courteous! I left my Under armour long sleeve in my previous room on O'Cancun side and the Manager made sure I got it back from the lost and found! Thank you to the Manager!"
