"During my recent four-night stay. The Wi-Fi was consistently unreliable, and despite my reports, the issue was never addressed. I was further inconvenienced by an unannounced policy of changing credentials every Sunday, requiring a front desk visit to reconnect. "Room is super spacious. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cosy hotel in the heart of Malacca."

The hotel tried to mitigate the situation by having a staff to operate the elevator but...
