Smooth check-in and check-out..room is clean but no plastic for dustbin..aircond, tv, bidet, plug points all good condition..the price for room and breakfast is too pricey for 3 star hotel and have to walk to Hatten Hotel for having breakfast. Generally, ok. Service was good. The daily breakfast spread hot section changes everyday which was refreshing. However, the wall paper was kind of old and peeling. Canndo with a refresh.

Expedia has two room options, one Deluxe Twin and Deluxe Queen. The Deluxe Queen is a little bit more than the Twin room. I paid the Deluxe Queen bec we are couple and will need only one bed. When we checked in, they gave us the Twin Room instead of the Queen that I piad for. When I asked them about it, they said that they have no room for Queen room and the price are the same. This is not what was in the Expedia website and I paid a little bit more. Frustrating but for a one night stay, we went ahead and stayed. Wrong information leads to unhappy service. But the location is great, walkable and convenient for the bus ride we took from Singapore.

The staff & service workers are very helpful & friendly. Especially the security guide, he took care of our luggage after we checked out and also helped us to load them when the coach arrived at the Hotel. The only feedback is the room's bathroom needs maintenance – The shower area was flooded when we first used, though they came after we called at night and cleared very quickly. Bathroom also shows signs of mould and water stains. In addition, the small fridge was faulty, our sandwiches were stale as we did not know it was not working.

The hotel is nice and clean. However the surrounding building too quiet and shops closed, feel like a ghost building. anyway the condition of the hotel is nice . Good price

The hotel is above average. Room carpet is dirty with stains, mini fridge not working, floor tiles hollow sound, wall is thin, can hear next door people talking. Located next to a hospital, so can occasionally hear the ambulance siren. All stores below the hotel are closed, have to walk to nearby malls which is about 10 mins walk and cross the road. Not very near tourist spots, have to walk about 30 mins or travel by car about 5 to 10mins. However, bed is ok, located at bus alighting point. Price is reasonable as it comes with free breakfast.

Although toilet small but the the shower water is strong and good, at least room carpet is clean and prompt service from staff. Except when take lift from carpark walk to hotel reception it’s very quiet and secluded as all the shops closed down
