"Honestly have nothing bad to say! It’s was incredible. The people, the food, the cleanliness. Was better than I had hoped for!! We stayed in the preferred master suite, and it was so insane. It was such a gorgeous room.. the overall amenities and just the atmosphere of the hotel was so different from others, it was beautiful! I was a little concerned about the beach shuttle. I actually did really enjoy the drive. It was a very quick and the scenery was very nice 😊 I read comments prior to our trip about people being bothered about time shares!? We were not bothered about that once."

"Beautiful hotel with a rooftop pool and bar. They have a ground level pool as well. Rooms were comfortable and modern. The AC worked great. Underground parking for rental car. A quick drive and you are at beaches, restaurant, bars in the jungle. There is a super market across the street for anything you may need."

"Paying the daily national park fee and figuring out where to enter and exit were a pain, but once we got the hang of it, not bad. Beach was full of seaweed; that way all along coast, even Cancun. Tulum Ruins was my favorite, above Chichen Itza! Food excellent at resort and every where else. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful."

"I will definitely be coming back to this resort. It is a hidden gem located walking distance to the ruins. It is quaint, charming, gorgeous, and simple connecting you to nature. The staff was so friendly I consider them my friends. A special shout out to Carolina, Oswaldo, Rodolfo, Diego, and Carlos. The restaurant is open air, on the beach and a beautiful relaxing breakfast experience. Breakfast is order off the menu with a nice fruit plate and sweet and savory options. This resort is so amazing! You can stay in a thatched roof hut surrounded by sand and palm trees. This bungalow is cute and clean with air conditioning, beds made up with mosquito netting and sand at your doorstep. I rarely wore shoes around the resort. The reception area is open air and has a pool table and games. It has a lofted ceiling and comfortable seating. They also show movies on weekend nights. No TV, sand between your toes, super friendly caring staff, good cocktails, beautiful beachside restaurant, peace and quiet. What is not to like. This is a perfect laid back, one with nature resort. I could not be happier"

"Staff were wonderful through my week stay. Room was clean and tidy. Food was really good too. Restaurant service was also wonderful. It’s a very small and quaint place so I didn’t really see any people this week. The only suggestion I have is around pool area and water maintenance of the pools as it is the only water you can dip into on the property. The running water ran out for about an hour each day around 3pm like clock work. The pool you get on the terrace is also not clean water and the jets don’t work. As far as my interactions and food/drinks I would give 5 stars. I lowered the rating for maintenance because I upgraded my room to have access to the pool on my balcony but sadly did not get to use it. One of the staff was kind enough to kill a huge bug for me otherwise I would not have slept (just a fun side note about how lovely the staff are). It’s noisy as well (I already knew it was on a highway so for those who aren’t aware, don’t be surprised if it is noisy from cars). "
