"The location was great, it’s inside Tulum national park. I understand that the beach is pretty much unsuable because of the seaweeds (I go to tulum every year since 2023 and the last time the beach was swimable was 2023). I know we can’t do anything about how nature decides to dump all the seaweeds in tulum but I’d appreciate if they make there pool clean and swimable. "Paying the daily national park fee and figuring out where to enter and exit were a pain, but once we got the hang of it, not bad. Beach was full of seaweed; that way all along coast, even Cancun. Tulum Ruins was my favorite, above Chichen Itza! Food excellent at resort and every where else. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful."

"A nice quiet place to stay in. If you want to be away from tourists I really recommend this place. It has a bit of both worlds since it is walkable to what I’m guessing their downtown area and far enough from the crowds. Very nice."
