The highlight of our trip to #tucson #arizona was the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum. You'll get to see hundreds of acres of desert, including plants and cacti from both the Sonoran and Mohave desert, similar to what you might find at Joshua Tree National Park. Tucson mountain view at West Gates pass road. This picture does not do it justice with all the Saguaro growing up the side of this steep mountain. A roadside park is nearby. Just a beautiful find after we visited the west Saguaro National park. We were not here at sunset but hear this is the time of day to visit this area.

This is a gorgeous place! The natural environment is unsurpassed and it has a lot of amenities: restaurant, tennis, pickleball, pool (s) and of course golf- right on the property. We were in heaven!
