"Great night at this lovely family run hotel in Barcares on our cycling trip through the area. Our room was spotless, very comfortable and had enough space for spreading out all our gear. We faced the main busy plaza overlooking the most amazing play structure for children. The noise was not a problem after about 10 PM and we used the blinds metal blinds, which helped. Our hostess even had a secure area for our bikes, very much appreciated. Thank you. We also loved the hotel's furry greeter...

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay with Jean-Paul & Genevieve in their gorgeous B&B. Located in a small countryside village, we found the location perfect for exploring the wider area, though it is remote from shops & restaurants so you must plan accordingly. The guesthouse is situated in a wonderfully restored substantial village property, with great comfort and decor, as well as a very refreshing pool in which to cool down. "This is a special kind of Bed and Breakfast, it's the one kind that stays in your heart. It's located in the old fortress remains and have a special kind of atmosphere. Our hostess is one lovely lady and she makes the tastiest yoghurt and marmelade we have ever tasted. Everything is homemade. We highly recommend it"
