"Very nice staff"

"Our stay at Emotions Hodelpa Puerto Plata was overall good, and the hotel has the potential to offer a wonderful vacation experience. We were there for a week. The food was really good although there was not a lot of variety. However, several aspects of our stay were disappointing, especially considering that we were celebrating our honeymoon. We expected a little extra attention and care for such a special occasion. Before our arrival, we had communicated a few requests related to our...

"Hotel was cleaned. But there was not hot water."

"Place was very nice and ALL the staff were fantastic and very communicative. Beach is in walking distance and they also do have golf carts to bring you around free of charge. I would absolutely return again."

"La atención del personal muy amable el lugar muy hermoso la comida muy rica"

"Excelente lugar muy buenas atenciones..en especial Los bar tender Ronald, Jael , Harold , Ricardo . El servicio de los todos fue excelente desde recepción hasta el maletero Junior. Una sola observación el buffet ; Deberían tener un buffet para los clientes de la sección de SELECT , Ya que no había nada diferente en los platos . Muy básico del buffet. El restaurante internacional de SELECT fue muy bueno ."

"We really wanted to like this hotel. Before we even got here, I called with short notice to he fair to arrange transportation, the first person told us it had to be done 3 days earlier and the other one 1 week earlier. Is not stated anywhere. They gave me a taxi driver phone number and he was great! "The room was very clean. The breakfast was amazing and parking was available at all times"

"Clean room, the restaurant there have good food, everyone was nice"

"My biggest Biggest issue was they charge my deposit for a dirty towel and pillow case! That’s what cleaning product are for! That is totally unacceptable!"

"A nice hotel, very clean. Very friendly staff. Big rooms, high ceiling, A/C. Overall, this place deserves 5 stars but the restaurant, really drags this hotel down. Extremly long wait to receive our meals, cold. 45 minutes to 1 hour to wait for breakfast. Also, internet did not reach all the bed rooms which was annoying. Not major but still something to mention. Besides that, everything this hotels brings up is great"

"It has the best view over seeing the beach"

"Desde el persona que te abre la puerta en la entrada hasta la señora de limpieza todo muy bien con la comida entrada el restaurante muy buena excelente recomiendo al 100"
