"What a beautiful place to stay. Lovely hotel and grounds, easy access into Tring and surrounding countryside. We had a superior room with garden view - lovely room, nice amount of space, lovely bed and bathroom and partial views of the garden (room 344) 2 lads behind the bar were great, they certainly were kept busy as hotel is popular. Dinner was good quality - we had the inclusive menu as pre paid for dinner and breakfast. Breakfast also nice, but did have to wait around 20 minutes for...

We were never told about dinner and dinner was definitely not booked for us. We were told that we had a premium room with extra space; all I can say is I would hate to think what it would have been in a normal sized room, they must have been tiny. "This is lovely hotel in the heart of Wendover. Lots of character. Our room was very well equipped, very comfy bed, hanging space and drawers, small fridge with complimentary milk and bottle of water, and even complimentary sloe gin! The bathroom was clean and shower was great. The room was quite warm but a fan was provided. The included breakfast had a buffet with fruit, yoghurt, croissants, meat, cheese etc, and a cooked breakfast was also available, which was great. There is lots of outside...

"This B&B was exceptional. The attention to detail was out of this world. It felt almost like staying in a top class hotel. Everything was laid on and Helen was superb in anticipating everthing I needed. And the breakfast - well - no words to describe how great it was. Again the attention to the smallest detail was fantastic. Will certainly stay here again if I'm in the area. Well Done!"
