"Everything about the stay was first class, I can’t fault it at all. The food in the restaurant was fabulous, the cask ales on tap were good and in this day and age the price of the room was very competitive. I would definitely stay there again."

"This B&B was exceptional. The attention to detail was out of this world. It felt almost like staying in a top class hotel. Everything was laid on and Helen was superb in anticipating everthing I needed. And the breakfast - well - no words to describe how great it was. "As an older property built in 1799 it was wonderful. The building was quaint and clean. It was outdated in decoration but that is what adds to it's charm. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The biggest issue we had was the water pressure. Our shower was barely a trickle and made it hard to take a shower. Otherwise our stay was Wonderful!"

"Stayed for one night - super convenient next to Luton Airport Parkway station. Room clean, very comfortable bed, and excellent sound insulation. Breakfast included (rare these days) and okay - let down by the fried eggs which would have bounced if dropped. Maybe don't leave them so long under the heat lamp or, radical thought, cook to order."

"Fantastic staff at reception on all shifts,doing over expectations. The housekeeper on level 4 very considerate and wanting to help. Now the reason it gets 4 not 5. For the 1st time the cooked breakfast swas exactly the same for the 3 mornings: scrambled eggs, same sausages,had brown,tomatoes, bacon. Other have stopped the eggs for fried or omelette and mushrooms or tomatoes. Individual yogurts, boiled eggs and milk in a fridge. I have mentioned this to the morning Receptionist when I left."
