Lovely clean and spacious rooms. Entrance and seating area is modern and fresh. Staff were so welcoming and attentive in all areas. The pool was disappointing though-the jacuzzi wasn’t working and the changing rooms need renovating. Pool was warm and not crowded. Overall, a wonder stay with delicious breakfast.

Staff were excellent, from check-in to check-out they were brilliant. Derek was amazing and was a real credit to the hotel. He was so attentive to everyone he came into contact with and is brilliant with both children and adults, he certainly has a real way with people. Fahd, the head-chef was really friendly and positive. It was nice to see both enjoying what they do and it showed! Great location for Harry Potter studios.
