"Staff don’t provide all the benefits that the hotel has for the guests. And the cleaning service wasn’t good enough."

"I loved the service from my server at the bar restaurant His name is Jagagh He really treated us wonderful"

"Rooms are not clean, filthy carpets, spiders and webs in areas of ceiling. No hand wash, people clearly smoking when they shouldn't be. We could smell cigarettes in our room and all down the corridor. Breakfast is chaos, people grabbing at everything, at times no plates or bowls left. Doesn't matter if you try come down early it's packed. Floors are dirty with people dropping food on for and it doesn't get cleaned up. One of the days we paid for breakfast so we could have a warm...

"Very convenient location to spend a quick over-nighter close to CDG"

"Belle hôtel emplacement idéal près de l’aéroport Déjeuner copieux !!!"

"Gorgeous hotel, very clean and plenty of amenities. My 7 year old son loved it and its close proximity to both Disney parks was a real plus."

"The ONLY positive about this place is the location and proximity to Disneyland Paris. There is a shuttle, but good luck getting on the first attempt. Especially in the evening if you stay to watch one of the park shows. With two exhausted kids and parents, we got a taxi back most evenings. Breakfast buffet was giving herd of cattle vibes. Pushed through to get low quality food. Just gross in some instances. Lastly, the culture at night is to let your kids run WILD all throughout the lounge and...

"Alles sehr angenehm. Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker."

"De appartementen zijn schoon en precies wat je kunt verwachten. Superfijn parkeren op eigen terrein, je kunt via een zuil in de lobby take out uit de omgeving bestellen die in je kamer wordt afgeleverd. Bakkerijen en pharmacy om de hoek. Supermarktje was zo goed als leeg maar wel water gescoord. Er wordt niet tussendoor schoongemaakt maar we konden gewoon om handdoeken en toiletpapier vragen bij de receptie. Uiterst behulpzaam. Ik zou hier zeker terugkeren"

"Excellent"

"The hotel was clean and well presented. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The complimentary shuttle bus was a fantastic addition and just what we needed to get to and from Disneyland. We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay, and would happily recommend the hotel. The only downside was the price of the food in the restaurant. We found it quite expensive for our family of five to eat at the hotel, which was a little disappointing. Overall, we had a lovely stay...
