"Excellent property for the price.
The room had everything in it we needed.
All very clean.
Staff lovely, friendly and supper efficient.
Breakfast came as a nice surprise.
Plenty of choice and hot drinks were available 24hrs.
Would definitely stay again and recommend to all.
The only off point is the price of parking.
£24 for 24 hours but they did a deal with a car park a bit further away £18 .

"We found The Resident an ideal base for a few days exploring Liverpool. Friendly staff, clean room, and a great central location which is in easy walking distance from the whole city centre area.

"Most unique location. Lots to do in walking distance. Good restaurants all around. Staff was amazing. I needed to move rooms and they worked it out brilliantly. Breakfast was generous even with peak crowds. "

This resulted in a huge queue at reception and self service kiosks did not work.
Actually felt really sorry for the reception staff who were under a lot of pressure."

"Large comfortable room in Liverpool One Mall area. A bit freaky to find as it is in an open mall and taxis don’t go there. The entrance is right across from a bowling alley (if this helps you) and it’s an unassuming entrance with a buzzer - checkin was on a high floor. Free continental breakfast with coffee machine with nice selection of coffees was an unexpected treat. Also coffee bags in the room. Staff were very nice and helpful. Grocery stores close by and lots of restaurants. 10-15...
"Stayed here one night for a University Open Day visit. It was convenient, comfortable and the staff were friendly, helpful, caring and even helped with a minor bit of first aid. They were great advocates for the hotel and Liverpool. Lovely breakfast and an easy walk to the University after a good comfortable night’s sleep."
"The apartments was comfortable and larger than expected. It had basic facilities including a kettle and coffee. The block has no foyer and the reception area was tiny and functional, more what you would expect with an apartment block them with a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful Though not always on site. When I came back to collect my case it was unsupervised and I was unable to find any staff numbers."
"We had a lovely time staying yet again at the Leonardo whilst we attend a Convention at the M&S bank Arena. The staff are amazing and so very friendly and obliging. Comfortable and clean, lovely breakfast. "

"The location is perfect, just right opposite of the Royal Albert Dock. The room is pretty small but it got everything you need. The bathroom is clean but the shower gel bottle was empty and there was a small bottle of shower gel from the former guest placed on top of the hotel shower gel."
