Excellent convenient location, quiet area but central. Spacious and secure car park underneath at a fee with plenty of spaces (bar height 2m which was crucial for our vehicle). Great location overlooking Royal Albert Docks. The staff is very nice both at reception and breakfast staff. Best bit is the safe convenient parking in the basement. Room was modern and clean. Would surely stay again.

Had a lovely stay. Breakfast ok but needs improving. Hotel central for our stay. Only one lift working so always a wait to and from our room as on 4th floor. All staff very friendly and helpful.Parking at hotel I think needs to be a better rate.
