We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The hotel was nice, clean, and very well looked after. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. Overall, a great experience, and we would happily stay here again. Would definitely recommend!

From the welcome from the team at the front desk, to the room and location, this hotel was perfect for the reason we selected it. Right in the centre of the town and with off site parking across the road. Thank you to the team for looking after us and advising us of local eateries.

We had the perfect stay! Hotel is located in such a good spot. Parking literally across the road. Hotel is very clean, room was spotless plus smelt lovely, and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Pool & gym are 10/10. Will be using this hotel for any future trips to Liverpool 🙌

Room clean and fresh only problem we found for family of 4 in family room, the sofa bed is tiny my kids was abit squished but it was only for 1 night! Not sure if air con worked we didn’t look if there was any as we was comfortable with temperature in room as it was. We used the pool lovely and refreshing 👍 showers, sauna and gym are available too but we didn’t use those. Breakfast was good very clean and food topped up all the time would definately stay again

There were 15 people in our group and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Novotel City Centre as the staff were extremely helpful, the food was very good and we enjoyed our time in the hotel pool. We also ate at Ropewalks restaurant in the evening and the service was excellent.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was very convenient for getting around. Great location (walking distance from key sightseeing places), beautiful hotel. Breakfast was great, staff helpful and all facilities and rooms working excellent. The pool was timed due to the busy season but otherwise a perfect stay. Highly recommended for everyone. For management, I suggest improving sofa beds, they can always be better!

Great hotel in a great location. Room was clean, modern and breakfast was good with lots of choice. You have to pre book the pool usage which is disappointing in this day and age. We were told fully booked so kids couldn’t use it even for a quick swim. Everything else excellent though!

Great location for all things touristy in Liverpool. Very quick check in , lovely sized clean and quiet room. Very nice breakfast area with a toaster machine that you only needed to put the bread through once ! Would definitely use again.
