"Very small / low doors into room and extremely tiny bathroom. Rooms were very clean and personnel very friendly.
Not much to do in the area around the hotel (which we were aware of before booking) but good hotel for flights into or from Nagoya Komaki Airport. "

"Such an impressive hotel when you walk in, and every staff member was super nice and helpful the entire time. Rooms were large and had every amenity imaginable. I was a little surprised at the large amount of black mold in the shower room, so I hope they do a better job of cleaning and sanitizing in the future. Overall would definitely stay again, preferably in a cooler month!"
