"The room was nice. The stairs up to the 2nd and 3rd floors are tight, taking suitcases up and down them feels precarious given how narrow the staircase is and how small some of the steps are. Be aware that the property is very close to a highway, so the noises from it are audible all through the night. Host was very responsive and made check in and check out very easy."

"No staff and i was stressing out when i made to eisei stay instead of nishi one. The name of the two hotel were a little confusing but i get it.
