My friend and I spent an entire week at the Hotel Chinsanzo in a beautiful suite. It was the absolute perfect getaway from the busy city; yet not too far for commuting. The hotel was beautifuly maintained and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden area and the club lounge which had wondeful food and beverages. We will definitely recommend the hotel to friends traveling to Tokyo.

The staff was exceptional and the room was nice and spacious. The garden makes the hotel stand out and beyond. It's so breathtaking, your morning workout can be walking through the garden! Pretty close to a lot of attractions and food.

It was a wonderful hotel. Food was also very good. They had a hard time cooking omelette well done.. but that was only frustration. Gardens were beautiful!!

Extremely elegant and beautiful hotel. Room size is huge and such a rarity for Tokyo. The garden is a dream. Not too many public transportation options but is walkable to a couple metro stations and there are free shuttle buses to and from Ikebukuro station which could be handy. Staff are super helpful. Can’t wait to go back!

Awesome hotel with a huge park with attentive staff and good onsen, spa and pool .. many restaurants (very expensive though) Close enough to subway station Edogawabashi via pleasant walk along cherry tree lined canal - about 1 km .. pleasant without luggage during day and at night using rear exit off hotel

The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. After a long day of sightseeing in Tokyo, the hotel served as a wonderful retreat — the gardens at night were a truly unique and peaceful highlight. Getting around the city was effortless, with major train lines just a short walk or bus ride away, and taxis readily available whenever needed. A special mention to the doormen, whose warmth and professionalism made the stay truly memorable.

We had the option of an American style breakfast or a Japanese breakfast, and we went with the Japanese option and it was great. If you’re a picky eater, it might not be for you, but we really enjoyed it and hope they keep it authentic just the way it is. The service was excellent and truly went above expectations.

From the moment we entered the hotel it was a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing, the hotel is beautiful, and the food was great. The shower, was nice except my daughter wants me to find that shower head to install at home now. Water pressure was spot on. Products were what you would expect from a hotel like this and everything was clean. The bed was luxurious and a dream to sleep in. I do not have enough words to say how much I enjoyed staying here.
