Location is great, close to the airport, monorail stop, and across the street from a shopping mall. The room was clean, beds comfortable, bathroom spacious, wonderful to have free washer/dryer combo in room, dryer takes 3hrs so after the first night we hung to dry and clothes were dry by morning, asian breakfast excellent, close to monorail, easy 10 minutes to airport, DonQ downstairs, room had a great view of the city lights & river. "At check-in, there was a foreign staff member whose accent was very difficult to understand, although he was speaking Japanese. The room was clean, and the staff were lovely. The food was also good, although I was sad to see that the usual 3-day rotation of different foods at breakfast time had been eliminated."
